Brand new and completely renovated Butchertown Bourbon House, a collection of three meticulously restored historic homes in the heart of Butchertown, downtown Louisville, KY. This unique listing accommodates up to 32 guests across The Manhattan, The Mint Julep, and The Old Fashioned, providing a one-of-a-kind experience for your stay in Louisville.

​Our Property boasts two elegant lounges, two bar areas, a spacious outdoor patio, indoor putting green, 10 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. Luxury for groups of all sizes!!

Indulge in the ultimate comfort and entertainment with three fully equipped kitchens, spacious lounge areas, and a private patio. Each house is thoughtfully designed with a playful stay in mind, offering a perfect blend of modern amenities and historic charm.

BUTCHERTOWN BOURBON HOUSE - Sleeps 32 (The Manhattan, The Mint Julep, The Old Fashioned)

The Manhattan–Sleeps 16:  Nestled on Story Avenue, The Manhattan serves as the main house, featuring a pub-style lounge and 5 large bedrooms with 3.5 upscale bathrooms.

  • Bedroom 1: 1st-floor Bunk Room with custom-built bunk beds - (Sleeps 8)

    • The bunk room offers 2 full beds over 2 queens beds,

  • Bedroom 2: 2nd floor King Bedroom (Sleeps 2)

  • Bedroom 3: 2nd: floor Queen Bedroom (Sleeps 2)

  • Bedroom 4: 2nd: floor Queen Bedroom (Sleeps 2)

  • Bedroom 5: 2nd: floor Queen Bedroom (Sleeps 2)

 

Mint Julep - Sleeps 10:  Located just steps from The Manhattan, Mint Julep offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a full kitchen, lounge with a putting green, and multiple TVs.

 

  • Bedroom 1: 2nd-floor King Bedroom (Sleeps 2)

  • Bedroom 2: 2nd-floor Queen Bedroom with a convertible sleeper sofa (Sleeps 3)

  • Bedroom 3: 2nd-floor Queen Bedroom (Sleeps 2)

  • Convertible Queen sleeper sofa: upstairs living room (Sleeps 2)

  • Convertible sleeper sofa: downstairs living room (Sleeps 1)

 

Old Fashioned - Sleeps 6:  This delightful private home features 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and direct access to the outdoor patio.
